Retreat Details:

Enjoy tranquil quiet desert mountains while you revel in twice daily yoga with two yogi masters, learn about holistic health, enjoy delicious vegan gourmet meals, all while you get that art project birthed, moving and activated! By the end of the retreat all participants should have their creative projects going, while feeling energized & happy! Whether it is a novel, a screenplay, a song, poetry, memoirs, music, painting, visual arts or any type of writing or art, we welcome you to join us for this incredible 3 day journey into our higher creative selves using physical movement, laughter, detox & healthy royal natural foods as a complement.
This is also a yoga retreat led by an authentic Indian yogi called The Laughing Yogi. He leads our morning yoga and happiness sessions so that our hearts and minds and spirits are open for optimal creation, artistic channeling and happy, good vibes.
You will be served a super foods vegan power breakfast that is delicious, nutritious and not heavy or sleep inducing. These unique recipes & super foods will help your heart, mind and spirit too.
We get seriously creative after a powerful, fulfilling, energy giving breakfast & loosening, happy, yoga.
We gather briefly to share our goals for the morning and afternoon sessions.
Individual breakout sessions include free roam of the property to find your sweet spot for creation.
The backyard pool, outdoor lounging areas, gorgeous desert views and peaceful beautiful sunny warm vibes will heat up those creative genes for everyone! And you won't go hungry either!
No art experience required. No yoga experience required. Come as a blank slate and leave with a renewed sense of self and creation.
The evenings include plenty of free time and solitude if you prefer. But we also have really fun evening activities planned such as night walks under the desert stars, group talks and hikes, group or solo dinners out, games, art collaborations, performances, open mic sharing, night pool and hot tub dips and more!
Some folks will find that immersing fully in their art project independently is the best course of action for their retreat experience too and that is fine. Introverts are welcome. No one has to participate in any activity that they don't want to, but we have plenty of fun stuff planned, you won't be bored, depressed or hungry! Art, creation, yoga, health, happiness, joy and fun!

***We have about 9 overnight spots and 7 day commuter spots available, hence the price difference.
Private room bookings can be shared or single occupancy for the queen in you.
Shared rooms are spacious and comfortable. The connections and relationships formed are a blast.
** Locals are welcome to the retreat as day participants,not staying over night in the retreat space but more than welcome to join us in the evening activities as well.
